Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had ongoing construction on the next floor, causing some noise disturbances. However, they offered breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening drinks in the Club Lounge, which was a nice touch. Despite some delay, I eventually got a king-size room which was comfortable.
The hotel provides a grand experience, acknowledging the premium prices paid by guests. Our overnight stay was comfortable with all necessary amenities, yet there were some minor inconveniences to note.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a good view and refreshing ambiance. The service from the staff, especially Rommel, goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby Philippine Islands. The dining experience, while expensive, may not be as exceptional as expected. Overall, a well-run establishment.
I stayed at Makati Tower with a view overlooking the Ayala Triangle. The rooms were spacious but outdated, lacking a breakfast for two. The location was convenient but required frequent taxi rides. Service ranged from professional at the concierge to subpar with poorly trained staff. The dining options were limited and lacked traditional Filipino dishes. However, the hotel had a nice lobby lounge and various services available.
The hotel offers tip-top and meticulously clean rooms serving lovely wines and foods, creating a relaxing atmosphere. However, being facing the main road can lead to some noise disturbance and reluctance from guest managers to disclose renovation information.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless clean and very well apportioned, offering some of the most spacious accommodations I've experienced. The hotel also overlooks either the Urdaneta or the Ayala Gardens, providing a serene ambiance. The service was top-notch, with the staff being excellent and very helpful, making my stay pleasant and comfortable. The location was ideal, offering a great place to spend time, close to the vibrant Escolta and Makati area. However, the dining experience, although featuring a good selection, fell short with a few uninspiring dishes. Overall, a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and the bed was super comfortable; I had the best night's sleep here. The breakfast provided was still good. The service was top-notch, with staff knowing exactly when to assist and being very welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient, near the shopping center and a lovely retreat from the Manila heat. However, it felt a little lacking in coziness. The dining experience, although pricey, was not as great as expected. Overall, a great stay with a few minor downsides.
